Safety in the app is a top priority for us and we are constantly working towards improving the experience for our users. In case you come across a message in you Direct Messages/Chat, you can report the sender of those messages by following the below steps:
- Go to the chat with the specific user and click the information button in the top right corner.
- Choose the option "Report User" and select a reason for the reporting.
- When you choose the reason you will have the option to express more about the reason in a free text so we can gather more information about the situation you are in and understand it better once we receive your report.
- You may attach the screenshots from your email when reporting the user as well. Thus, we will be able to investigate the account further and take action if necessary.
