We aim for Smule to be a fun and safe place for everyone and our main goal is to ensure you are able to enjoy your time on the app without any negative emotions. In case you get into a situation where you feel unsafe and need help, please follow the below steps on how to report an account:
- Go to the the person's account and tap on the three dots.
- Once you do that you will have an option to choose a reason for the reporting.
- When you choose the reason you will have the option to express more about the reason in a free text so we can gather more information about the situation you are in and understand it better once we receive your report.
- You may attach the screenshots from your email when reporting the user as well. Thus, we will be able to investigate the account further and take action if necessary.
