How do I change the email address associated with my account?
You can make these changes to your email address by going to the “Settings” screen in both the Smule app and on Smule.com. This will not sign you out of your account in the Smule app. But in the future, you will need to use your new email address to sign in to your Smule account.
How do I change the phone number associated with my account?
Currently, there is no way to change the phone number associated with your account. We encourage you to add alternative methods of sign in such as Facebook, Google, or email. This will make your account easier to recover.
Why am I logged in to the wrong account?
If you previously created an account with an email address and you later logged in with another method (such as Facebook), it’s possible that you may end up on a different account that the one you originally created. On Smule.com, please sign out and then sign back in with the correct email address. In the Smule app, you will need to delete and reinstall the app. Then, please sign in to your account with the correct email address.
Can I change or unlink my Facebook account from my Smule account?
Yes. Please contact Smule support and include your Smule username in the body of the email.
How do I reset my password?
Please use our direct reset link: https://smule.com/user/password. If that doesn't work, please contact Smule support, and we will be more than happy to get things sorted for you.
Why am I receiving an error when I try to reset my password?
If you signed up with Facebook, Google, or a phone number, then your account is password-less. This means you don’t need to remember a password to log in. Just remember your original sign-in method, and that’s all you need.
