If you previously created an account with an email address and you later logged in with another method (such as Facebook), it’s possible that you may end up on a different account that the one you originally created.
If you are trying to log in with an email never registered before in Smule, the system will automatically create a new account.
To get back to the right account:
On Smule.com, please sign out and then sign back in with the correct email address.
In the Smule app, you will need to delete and reinstall the app. Then, please sign in to your account with the correct email address.
