How do I change the email address associated with my account?
You can make these changes to your email address by going to the “Settings” screen in both the Smule app and on Smule.com. This will not sign you out of your account in the Smule app. But in the future, you will need to use your new email address to sign in to your Smule account.
How do I change the phone number associated with my account?
Currently, there is no way to change the phone number associated with your account. We encourage you to add alternative methods of signing in such as Facebook, Google, or email. This will make your account easier to recover.
The current number can be unlinked which provides you an option to add a new number to your profile. Please contact the Support team for further assistance on this matter at support@smule.com.
Can I change or unlink my Facebook account from my Smule account?
Yes. Please contact Smule support at support@smule.com and include your Smule username in the body of the email.
How do I sign out of my account in the Smule app?
Currently there is no way to sign out of an account from within the app, unfortunately. If you need to change accounts, you'll need to delete and reinstall the app.
