What are Plays?
“Plays” allow you to try different songs in AutoRap.
Each time you AutoRap, 1 Play gets deducted from your balance.
You can earn Plays for free by completing offers, or you can subscribe to an All Access Pass and receive unlimited plays!
I completed an offer but did not get my Plays. Help!

How do subscriptions work in AutoRap?
With the All Access Pass in AutoRap, you pay one low weekly, monthly or annual price to gain unlimited plays for the duration of your subscription.
What if I want to upgrade my subscription?
You can manage your subscription at any time through Google Play and change your type of subscription. See this link for a step by step guide.
What if I want to unsubscribe?
You can turn off the auto-renewing subscription at any time through Google Play. See this link for a step by step guide.
You will be unsubscribed after your current subscription period has expired. You can not cancel the current active subscription period. Once your subscription expires, you will no longer be able to play songs you downloaded while you were a subscriber.
Can I use my All Access Pass with multiple devices (phone, tablet etc)?
I made a new Smule account. Can I still use my All Access Pass?
If you need to create a new Smule account for any reason, just sign in to that account on a device where you are signed into Android/Google Play with the subscribed google account.
You can associate a single All Access Pass with up to 3 Smule accounts. After that no further accounts can be added.
In the unlikely case that you are unable to restore your All Access Pass via Google Play, you can unsubscribe by following the instructions above and re-purchase your All Access Pass to clear the association with other accounts.
