How do I subscribe?
Tap on the “All Access Pass” banner at the top of the Songbook. You will be prompted to select a subscription period. After you’ve made your selection, you may need to verify your Huawei credentials to complete the transaction.
How do I manage my subscription?

How do I cancel my subscription?

Can you cancel or manage my subscription for me?
No. Due to Huawei policy Smule has no access to any accounts in Huawei. All subscriptions have to be cancelled or managed by the owner of the Huawei account.
When will my subscription automatically renew?
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
Can I use my subscription with Android devices?
No. Purchases made directly through the AppGallery App Store will only enable VIP access on your AppGallery Huawei devices.
Can I use my subscription with multiple AppGallery devices?
As long as you are signed into the same Smule account, your VIP subscription will work on any number of supported AppGallery (Huawei) devices.
I made a new Smule account. Can I still access my old subscription?
You will need to cancel the subscription associated with your old account and start another subscription for your new account.
