To cancel a subscription purchased via our website:
1. Go to www.Smule.com;
2. Log into your account;
3. Click on your username at the top right corner and select Account;
4. On the Account settings page, click on the Cancel button in the Subscription section;
5. On the confirmation box that appears, click on Cancel subscription to complete the cancellation.

* This video is showing how to cancel a subscription purchased via Smule.com. Subscriptions purchased via iTunes/Google play won't appear in your Smule profile.
* If you have purchased a subscription via iTunes or Google play, please check the other 2 videos in the section as these are separate platforms and they can be managed only via your respective iTunes/Google play account
To cancel your subscription you must cancel from the platform that you purchased on. Please look at the 2 different ways to cancel your subscriptions below if you have purchased them via your App Store:
