How do I add a note or notes?
Tap anywhere! You can tap with more than one finger at a time if you want.
How do I change key signatures?
Composer allows you to set a key signature for each measure. The current measure's key is indicated to the left of the keyboard. Tap it to change it to something else. By default, Composer opens in the key of C major.
Composer's keyboard only shows you the notes in the current key signature, but you can see all notes by either selecting "Chromatic" in the key signature menu or horizontally pinching the screen.
How do I add notes of different durations?
You can add notes of different durations by zooming in or out. To do that, you can either pinch to zoom or use the magnifying glass on the left side. By default, the editing view shows quarter notes.
How do I insert a new row?
Tap and hold on a row to find the "Insert" option. Choosing that will add a new row right after the row you tapped on.
How do I remove a note or notes?
To remove a single note, tap on it again. That will make it disappear. To remove an entire row of notes, tap and hold on a row and then select the "Delete" option.
