The ‘Who’s Seen My Profile’ feature empowers you to discover and connect with users interested in your music choices and singing style. It helps foster organic collaborations and provides a fun, easy way to engage with fellow singers.
2. Can I make my entire account private or remove the ‘Who’s Seen My Profile’ feature?
While you can’t make your entire account private or remove the feature entirely, you can control your visibility by turning on the Private Mode option. This allows you to visit other profiles without revealing your username and profile picture.
3. What happens if I turn on Private Mode?
When you activate Private Mode, your username and profile picture won’t appear in others’ Profile Views, and you won’t see who viewed your profile. However, your views will count towards their total number of Profile Views.
4. Why is my privacy setting not updating immediately?
Changes to your privacy settings will take 48 hours to process. This limit prevents users from quickly toggling their settings to see who viewed their profile and then switching back to private. This helps ensure a fair and honest experience for everyone! Once you’ve changed your privacy setting, you can check back in 48 hours to see that it’s been updated.
5. Is my profile information completely hidden when I turn Private Mode on?
Yes! When you toggle Private Mode ‘on’, your username and profile picture won’t be displayed in others’ Profile Views; only your view number remains visible and counts towards the users’ total number of views.
6. Can I see which users have private accounts?
No, you can’t see which users have private accounts. Users who choose to remain private will appear as having viewed your profile without revealing their identity. However, their view still counts towards your total number of Profile Views.
7. As a VIP user, what additional insight or benefits do I get?
As a VIP user, you gain access to both ‘Who’s Seen My Profile’ and ‘Profile Stats.’ These features provide insights into your profile activity and help you track your musical journey. Please note that viewer insights are subject to user privacy settings.
8. Can I see the total number of views my profile has received?
Yes! You can view the total number of profile views by navigating to your Profile, then clicking on Profile Stats followed by Profile Views. Here, you can see the total number of views your profile has received over the last 7, 30, or 90 days.
9. How do I turn ‘on’ or ‘off’ Private Mode?
To change your privacy settings, simply go to your Profile, select Settings, and navigate to the Privacy Section to toggle ‘Private Mode’ on or off.
10. Can I see a list of users who have viewed my recordings?
Currently, we don’t offer a way for you to view a list of individuals who have checked out your recordings. We encourage you to engage with your audience through comments and interactions on your recordings. This way, you can organically connect with those who enjoy your singing style and song choices!
11. If I view someone’s profile, and then activate Private Mode, would all of my previous profile visits be visible?
No. If you switch to Private Mode after viewing someone's profile, your past profile visits will no longer be visible. Your most recent visit will be visible in their Profile Views list, as a ‘Private’ visitor but your username and profile picture will be hidden.
