In case you are having trouble uploading your performances and joins, please check out these suggestions:
- If you are not able to upload video recordings, please make sure that you have the “Upload video recordings on Wi-Fi” feature turned off. You can find this by going to the Smule profile settings. If this setting is on, your song will only upload when you're connected to Wi-Fi.
- Try pulling down the channel list to retry the upload of your recording. You can also click a few times on the refresh arrow to see if this helps. The button is positioned on the upper right of the performance that has stuck.
- If some of your performances are stuck during upload and the suggestions above haven't helped, we'd suggest reinstalling the app. By doing that, you will delete the songs which are stuck during upload and you'll be able to try saving a new recording or join.
