To cancel your subscription you must cancel from the platform that you purchased on.
The below video is showing how you can cancel your subscription purchased via iTunes.
If you have purchased your subscription via Play Store or Smule.com - please check the respective article and video for it.
*Please be advised that subscriptions purchased via iTunes/Google play will not be displayed in your Smule profile, they can be managed only via the respective iTunes/Google play account.
To cancel subscription via iTunes:

Open the Settings app

Find and select iTunes & App Store

Tap on your Apple ID

Then tap View Apple ID (log-in if necessary)

Scroll down and tap Subscriptions

Select Smule
-
Tap Cancel Subscription

A confirmation box will appear, click Confirm
In case you have any questions, you can always contact the support by clicking on "Submit request"
